Hi, I’m Shibu!
A bit about me:
I’m an MBA graduated award-winning clinician leader and a Christian-based NLP certified Life Coach helping high-achieving women walk in their femininity in life, love and leadership.
As a high-achiever, I have gone through work, relationship and parenting challenges and pains of hyperfunctioning in high masculinity to a point where something had to give. I got jaded, discouraged, and frustrated with the trajectory of my own life. At that point I embarked on a successful healing journey of doing inner transformational and feminine identity embodying work.
Through my unique blend of the Biblical Word, subconscious reprogramming and neuroscience, I take you on the same Self-worth and Confidence re-claiming journey of Embodying your authentic female+feminine identity and purpose at work and at home.

The coaching process has helped me in self-awareness and discovering why I do/behave the way I do, the areas of brokenness in my life and has given me the tools to be intentional in pursuit of the life I desire. I am glad to have started this journey of growth and healing, and I am excited about the future! The challenge I had with the process was sometimes I felt pressured to complete the tasks. Not sure if end of year busyness and madness contributed, coz some weeks especially when on holiday I didn’t finish my assignments. But the programme itself was great and perfect for me. I don’t think I would change anything.
Coach Shibu helped me gain some clarity on the causes of my challenge. She created the space for me to be vulnerable!
