A little bit more about me:

I spent years living in oblivious autopilot with harmful and limiting effects of painful childhood experiences. I had been high achieving, doing great at work and academics, but really just chasing validation, and I hit rock bottom in my parenting, romantic relationships and level of fulfilment. 

I found my way up through deep excavating with Christ as my Lifter and life transformation coaching focused on subconscious reprogramming. The result was this profound confidence and freedom to access and step into my queendom, the life that I really and truly desire.

My inner work journey brought me to a place where I realised that because of the need for self-protection, self-sufficiency and validation, I had been operating in high masculinity, and burning out along the way. The only way for me to wholesomely heal and become the person God created me to be and fulfil my purpose was to fully embrace my female identity and femininity.

After all, I was wonderfully and Fearfully Made a female!

With my life coaching certification, neuroscience and the Word, I’m passionately taking all of the learning and healing experiences to help other women stand in their original, authentic and empowered versions of themselves, and steer their lives through the journey of who God called them to be. With Jesus at the wheel, always!

I love life, I gave myself the permission to live it abundantly, and I desire to help women do the same.

I live in South Africa; love travelling with my kid (we were in the city of love in the pic), writing, good food, good company, a good head massage, decaff coffee, nature (sea, mountain, botanical gardens) and chocolate dessert of any kind. I also now really love pretty dresses!😆
